Experience was great. I originally ordered an arrangement but they said that one was not doable, but they were accommodating and wanting to make me happy. After I told them my daughter's favorite color is yellow they were able to switch out some flowers and fill arrangement with yellow. Great service. When an alternate flower was needed, I was informed. They even sent a picture of the finished arrangement. Delivered as promised and delighted the recipient.
